Terms & Condition

Check-in time 12 Noon / Check-out Time 11:00 AM. Reservations are held until 14:00 hrs., Unless guaranteed by Advance payment or by written mail. Child below 6 years are complimentary. We do not allow any outside food & beverages inside the premises. Pets strictly, will not be allowed. For No-show or last moment cancellation, kindly check our cancellation policy. Right of the admission in the room for the guest other than the registered room occupant to the sole discretion of the management. We Honour all major CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, & Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rooms are non-Smoking. Please co-operate with us if an electronic gadget, such as an air conditioner, television, phone, or geyser, creates any problems during your stay. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the check-in date, will receivea full credit voucher in the amount they paid to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days. (Not applied on Festive dates). Cancellations made after 7 days will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellation on Festive Dates like Diwali (5-7 days), Holi (2 days), Christmas,31st Dec & 1st Jan are non-refundable and non-transferrable at all. Due to any natural disaster or an extenuating circumstance like Lockdown disrupt your reservation. You may be eligible to receive a full credit voucher in the amount you paid to reschedule at a later date.
